The Superstition Grand Antique Mall in East Mesa is celebrating 25 years in business! Owners Mike and Ann Peterson will be commemorating this Silver Anniversary on November 13, 14 and 15.
Free beverages and snacks will be provided during the Flea Market from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. A storewide sale will run Saturday and Sunday. Prize drawings will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday. Ten 2015 Silver Dollars and five $10 gift certificates will be given away. Be sure to stop in to enter to win from November 1st through the 15th. (You don’t need to be present to win.)
The Superstition Grand Antique Mall, originally located in Apache Junction, opened its doors for business in November 1990 under the ownership of Art and Betsy Grandlich. In 2002, Craig and Irmgard Handel purchased the mall and, in 2007, the mall was moved to its current location at 7536 E. Main Street in Mesa. In March 2014, Mike and Ann Peterson purchased the business following the passing of both Craig and Irmgard.
The Mall offers more than 12,000 square feet of quality antiques and collectibles with 100 dealers offering selections including: furniture, toys, western, art, jewelry and much more. Free appraisals are offered to the public and antique clock repair is available. Each month there is a store-wide weekend sale and outdoor flea markets are held throughout the winter season.
The Petersons are passionate about antiques and love to interact with their customers making them feel at home. Ann says, “Our friendly and knowledgeable staff, with years of experience, help make shoppers feel welcome.”
